Edem Explains Why He Didn’t Donate Money To Davido, Threatens To “Mafia” Those Who Mocked Him When January Comes (Video)
Ghanaian rapper Edem has opened up on the reason he was missing in action among the list of celebrities who donated money to Davido on his birthday.
It may be remembered that Nigerian musician Davido presented a list of Ghanaian artists and urged them to contribute money on his birthday so that he could secure his Rolls Royce at the port.
Medikal, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and other artists were called out with Edem. Some of the artists apparently donated money, but Edem was unable to do so. He claimed he was in Ada to record a music video when he was informed of Davido’s demand.
Edem stated that he felt compelled to assist his fellow tribesmen in Keta who had lost their homes as a result of a terrifying tidal wave that displaced over 3000 people.
He added that his team felt it was more imperative to assist the victims of the Keta Tidal Waves instead of contribute to Davido.
Edem remarked that when he donates an amount of Ghc 10,000 in January next year, he will “mafia” all those who mocked him for being penniless since he couldn’t contribute to Davido.
He claimed that he has a list of several Twitter agenda guys’ handles and that if they don’t drop their phone numbers for assistance, he won’t be sending them momo.
