The banter between the government of Ghana and the LGBTQ(Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, and Queers) community has been an indecisive one. As proposed by the LGBTQ community, they seek the legalization of homosexuality in the country without having to face any sort of stigmatization.

However, the anti-LGBTQ bill led by the member of parliament representing the Ningo Prampram constituency has also proposed to the lawmakers in the country for homosexuality to be criminalized in the country.

Well, Archipalago, an outspoken personality within the digital space has called for calm on the heated debate in Ghana, saying that LGBTQ will eventually be legalized in Ghana.

In an IG post, Archipalago said that it’s only wise for us to legalize homosexuality than to receive several forms of sanctioning from the western world.

In other news, Funny Face has revealed that he has been receiving death threats from some unknown persons after he took to social media to discriminate against same-sex relationships in Ghana.

Recall, Funny Face took to his IG page to take a swipe at the Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgranders, Queers community(LGBTQ), tagging them as animals for fighting for the legalization of their practice.
