Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale and his fan base have secured nominations for the MTV African Music Awards, MAMA 2021.
The Award ceremony scheduled for Kampala the capital of of Uganda will see the organizers award the fan base of top musicians on the continent.
Shatta Movement will be competing with FC Wizkid, Marlians and fans of Diamond Platinum, A-REECE, Cassper Nyovest, Eddy Kenzo, Fally Ipupa, Nadia Mukani, Serge Beynaud.
This is the first time a Ghanaian musician’s fan base have been nominated for an international award.
The King of the Shatta Movement, Shatta Wale has expressed how proud he is for his fans to get international recognition.
