Renowned Ghanaian media personality, Harey Adjoa Yeboah Asiamah Kusi, popularly known as Ohemaa Woyeje, has spoken out following a viral video showing her being denied entry into the Angel FM premises on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
Ohemaa Woyeje Breaks Silence
In a Facebook post, the radio presenter expressed gratitude to those who had shown concern for her well-being. She alleged that Vincent Opare, the CEO of Angel Media Group, was responsible for the security personnel blocking her from entering the station.
She further revealed that she had reported the matter to the Ghana Police Service, which has since begun investigations.
She wrote:
“Thank you all for the concerns …. What you heard about the CEO Vincent Opare ‘ordered thugs’ attack on me at Angel FM Accra premise this morning is the total truth. The police are investigating the matter, and I’ll keep you posted. Thank you all. I’ll be fine 🙏.”

Viral Video Sparks Reactions
Earlier in the day, social media was abuzz with reports of Ohemaa Woyeje clashing with security personnel. A viral video showed her being stopped from entering Angel FM by men claiming to be security officers. In the footage, she denied receiving any prior communication from management about being barred from the premises.
When renowned sports journalist Saddick Adams asked if she had been notified of her dismissal, she stated that no such information had been given to her. She also accused the security personnel of attempting to intimidate her and forcefully remove her from the radio station.
